Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Between 31 October 2022 and 17 November 2022, we received several concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 18 November 2022 and 25 November 2022, we completed regulatory telephone calls to discuss the information.
p.1
Summary of outcome
During the telephone calls we identified that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We found the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event, within the statutory timescale, of a change to the persons aged sixteen and over working on the premises where childminding is provided. On this occasion we do not intend to take any further action, as the details of the assistants have been shared with Ofsted. We also identified that the provider had not ensured that the vehicles used to transport children, are suitable to do so. The provider acted promptly and has now put things right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We have also issued action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
