Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 30 September 2022, the provider notified us of a significant event. The provider and their family have moved into an area above the setting full time as their domestic premises. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event. However, this move is despite planning permission not being granted.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 27 October, we carried out an unannounced regulatory visit. We found the provider had failed to notify us of another significant event. Furthermore, the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome

p.1
Summary of outcome
ensure hygiene procedures are robustly implemented in order to reduce the risk of germs spreading and to protect children' health, particularly with regards to children's hand washing procedures.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 23 November 2022, we carried out a further regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at the last visit. We found the provider has ensured children are only left with adults who have been subject to appropriate vetting procedures and support. Staff employed by the company will receive the training and support required before they are left in charge of children. The provider has requested the appropriate planning permission to enable them to continue to live above the setting as their full time domestic premises and risk assessments have been completed. Furthermore, the hygiene procedures have been reviewed, in order to reduce the risk of germs spreading and to protect children's health.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied that the provider met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
p.2
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
