line with the local safeguarding partnerships policy. The manager does not understand the procedures of the local safeguarding partnership for managing allegations about a staff member. She does not identify the potential risks to children when staff use their personal mobile phones when they collect children from school. The manager has not ensured that these aspects of safeguarding children are included in the safeguarding policy. n Risk assessment is ineffective and compromises children's safety. Staff allow visitors into the setting without first having verified their identity. Staff fail to recognise that household chemicals, such as the bleach and fly spray that are in the areas accessed by children, present a potential hazard. The manager and staff have not effectively considered how they will keep children safe when members of the public access the areas of the premises used by children. n Staff do not demonstrate a secure understanding of how to support children's

This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
