This provision meets requirements
n Children are provided with healthy snacks during their time with the childminder. The childminder provides a well-resourced large outdoor area to encourage children to be physically active. n The childminder keeps parents up to date with messages from school and shares what the children have done in the before- and after-school sessions she provides. n The childminder completes mandatory training. However, she does not seek out opportunities to develop her broader knowledge to enhance her practice further. n Safety checks are made on the childminder's home to keep the environment safe and secure for all children. n The childminder recognises that children need opportunities for independence and provides a box for each child to store their belongings. This helps to support children's self-help skills and give them a sense of responsibility.

This provision meets requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
