Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 8 July 2022 we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements of the early years foundation stage. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. We served a welfare requirement notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take action. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 16th August 2022, we received further information that raised concerns about the provider.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 1 September 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions and the learning and development actions, raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has improved her procedure for safeguarding and taken further action by providing guidance and training for staff to update their knowledge. She has updated her recruitment procedures as well as limiting the time that staff can be left in sole charge of children. Safety and hygiene arrangements have improved as well as evacuation procedures. All records are now available and accessible, with all the required information being kept, including the children's hours of attendance. Arrangements to ensure that sufficient adult:child ratios are maintained are in place.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
