Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 16 November 2020, the provider notified us of a significant event. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any allegations of serious harm or abuse by any person living, working, or looking after children at the premises (whether the allegations relate to harm or abuse committed on the premises or elsewhere).
p.1
Summary of outcome
We suspended the provider's registration on 16 November 2020 because we believe children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.

Between January 2021 and April 2021, we found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted about several other significant events, including concerns about the suitability of household members, which is a requirement of their registration.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We took steps to cancel the provider's registration. On 30 December 2021, the provider appealed to an independent external tribunal, the Health, Education and Social Care First- tier Tribunal and it upheld the appeal. On 22 August 2022, we lifted the suspension following the Tribunal's decision.
