Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider has undertaken appropriate training and professional development courses to ensure children's quality learning and development experiences continually improve. The provider has improved the suitability of the premises. They ensured that they comply with health and safety legislation, particularly hygiene requirements, promoting children's health to learn and play in a clean environment. Steps have been taken to improve risk assessments to provide children with a safe learning environment. In addition, the provider ensures children have daily access to a safe outdoor area.
