Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 19 October 2022, we visited the provider to monitor the actions set. We found that the provider had supported staff to improve their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. Staff now fully understand how to take action for concerns about children and the procedure to follow in the event of an allegation made against a member of staff. The committee have taken steps to ensure that all committee members are known to Ofsted so suitability checks can be completed. Risk assessments have been reviewed and are effective. Staff supervision arrangements have improved, to include support for the manager. Procedures for staff deployment have been amended to ensure that children are appropriately supervised. There is a stronger focus on healthy eating and children receive appropriate food and drink during the day. In addition, partnership working with parents has improved to ensure that staff act on information that is shared with them.
