Summary of outcome
On 28 June 2022 we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection and subsequent visits. We found that the provider had taken action to make the premises safe and reduce hazards to children in the environment. New flooring has been fitted inside the premises and hygiene standards have been improved through the refitting of toilet seats and repairs to the bathrooms. The outside areas have been repaired to a suitable standard. New risk assessments are in place. A new staff team has been recruited and they have received training and induction around their roles and responsibilities. Sufficient staff now hold a current paediatric first aid (PFA) certificate.

Summary of outcome
On 28 June 2022, we lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
