Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 15 September 2022 and 18 October 2022, the provider notified us of significant events. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant events that may affect the suitability of adults caring for children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
In addition, on 28 September 2022, we received a separate concern that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 24 October 2002, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. Appropriate action had been taken following an allegation made about a safeguarding matter. Staff have received further training following an incident of children not being supervised appropriately during transition times. The manager has taken appropriate action following a pest infestation and instructed a pest control company to eradicate the infestation and monitor this regularly.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
