Summary of outcome
On 23 September 2022 and 04 October 2022, the provider notified us of two significant events. The notifications mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider or any person who cares for, or is in regular contact, with children on the premises.

Summary of outcome
On 17 October 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider had taken prompt action to ensure the exit door to the outdoor play area is secure when children are inside. The provider reviewed their risk assessments and the deployment of staff when children are inside to ensure children are within sight and/or hearing at all times. The provider had also taken action to ensure that all children are accounted for after returning from school on the company bus. They reviewed the risk assessments and the procedures for collecting children from school and escorting them off the bus into the nursery. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
