Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 7 July 2022, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We suspended the provider's registration on 8 July 2022 because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The report and inspection outcome sets out the action that the provider was required to take.

Summary of outcome
On 5 August 2022 we carried out a regulatory visit and we lifted the suspension. We found that the provider had taken appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We were satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children had been removed. The provider is still registered with Ofsted. The next step will be a full inspection.
