Inspection of SSUK Childcare Christ the Saviour Primary School, The Grove, London W5 5DX

p.1

This provision meets requirements

n The manager, who is a qualified teacher, is passionate about promoting children's learning and development. She has devised a curriculum to support this, the ethos of which is shared and promoted throughout the staff team. For example, when noticing that some children arrived at the setting with limited communication skills, she introduced storytelling and language sessions. She explains how this has promoted children's interest and eagerness to share their ideas and has extended their vocabulary. n Staff are experienced and have been working at the setting for many years. Staff say they feel highly supported by the manager and provider, who offer constructive, professional challenge and praise for what they do well. n Staff work exceptionally well together, deploying themselves to meet the needs of the children. They treat each other respectfully and work very well as a team. These behaviours are reflected by the children, who show equally high respect

This provision meets requirements

16 September 2022 There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children.
