Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 13 September 2022, the provider notified us about a matter relating to safeguarding. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any matter that may affect their suitability to care for children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 13 September 2022, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. Actions needed by 29 November 2022

p.1
Summary of outcome
n Ensure you have up to date knowledge so you can identify concerns in a child's life and elsewhere and any patterns of abuse and neglect.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 October 2022, we conducted an unannounced monitoring visit to check the provider had met the actions. We found that the provider had completed training to improve their knowledge of safeguarding matters. However, we found that they had failed to keep Ofsted up to date with individuals who live in the household, as some had moved out of the premises. We are satisfied that the provider has now taken suitable action to meet the requirements. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
