This allowed the provider time to identify a new responsible individual, recruit a new manager and a new staff team. The home has complied with the condition. The home is spacious, and it is decorated and furnished to a good standard. Children’s bedrooms are clean and tidy. There is a full staff team in place. Staff have completed training to ensure that they have the skills to safely care for children. However, staff have not yet completed training that will support them to manage children’s behaviours.
