Summary of outcome
Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills is leading Ofsted's work into how regulated early years and childcare providers in England have delivered child- centred practice and care, within the context of the restrictions placed on society during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
p.1
Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 30 June 2022, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 29 July 2022, we carried out an unannounced regulatory visit to the premises. We found that the times that children are in the provider's care are not recorded. Following this visit, we have issued a Notice to Improve (NTI) to the provider that requires them to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

Summary of outcome
maintain a daily record of the names of the children being cared for, and their hours of attendance.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 27 September 2022, we carried out a second unannounced regulatory visit. We found that the provider was not meeting the required staff:child ratios permitted under their childminder registration. We also found that the provider routinely works with more than two other adults at any one time. Following this visit, we served the provider with a Welfare Requirements Notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
ensure that all legal requirements are met with regards to the number of adults working with children at any one time
p.1
Summary of outcome
ensure the required ratios of a maximum of three young children to one adult is maintained at all times, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
