Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 23 May 2022, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 15 June 2022, we completed an unannounced visit, where we found the provider was not meeting some of those requirements. We found the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a change to the adults working on the premises. Therefore, the provider failed to meet their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. We will not take any further action in relation to this. However, we will issue actions to be completed by 29 June 2022, as follows:

Summary of outcome
n provide Ofsted with details of the people working on the premises to enable the appropriate checks to be completed on adults caring for children. The provider has since responded to the notice issued. Risk assessments have improved and are now robust. All areas used by the children have been risk assessed. For example, the hazards within the garden have been removed to ensure the risks to children are minimised. Staff have been provided with a more extensive range of training to help them gain a better understanding of their role and responsibilities. The provider has rearranged the nursery rooms to meet the needs of the children and ensure there is sufficient space available. The provider has informed Ofsted of the names of the staff working on the premises. However, Ofsted have yet to receive the required forms to enable the necessary checks to be completed. We will continue to monitor the provider until we have received this information.
