p.1

Summary of outcome

On 10 August 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. Risk assessment processes and records of complaints had been improved. Staffing had been reorganised to ensure there is always a manager with a level 3 qualification, suitably qualified staff and a staff member with a paediatric first-aid certificate on site. The provider had a record of the identity checks and vetting processes for each staff member. However, not viewing original qualification certificates remained a weakness in the recruitment and vetting procedures. We served a welfare requirements notice.

p.2

Summary of outcome

n check original staff qualification certificates and record information about them and the identity checks and vetting processes that have been completed.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 14 September 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider had improved their recruitment and vetting procedures by viewing original qualification certificates. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
