has further developed written policies, which she shares with parents. She evaluates and improves the provision by listening to parents' feedback. the setting. n The childminder and her assistant talk about how they take children out on a range of different trips and outings, including swimming, going to the local park, visiting the nearby bird sanctuary, and visiting Leicester Museum. The childminder assesses risks as part of the planning for trips and visits, and takes steps to manage and minimise those risks. n The childminder explains that she has an inclusive approach to all children, including those children with special education needs and/or disabilities (SEND). This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
