Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 22 March 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider improved their knowledge and understanding of risk assessment procedures and is able to identify and minimise risks. We found that the provider put in place appropriate system to maintain appropriate hygiene procedures. There was no risks to children's health and safety observed at this visit. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. Although the provider has now taken action to address the most recent actions, we took steps to cancel the provider's registration. The provider objected to our intention to take these steps. Having considered the provider's reasons for objecting, we did not uphold the objection, so decided to proceed with cancellation. On 7 September 2022, the provider
