Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

The report and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice on 4 August 2022. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome

On 19 of August 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures and now fully understands their responsibilities. Details of children's dietary requirements are now obtained prior to a child starting at the setting and the provider had maintained accurate records of children attendance. In addition, the provider demonstrated a good understanding of how to establish a regular two-way flow of information with parents and other settings a child may attend. The provider regularly takes children to the park or uses her garden to enable them to have daily opportunities to access outdoor provision.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
