n Leaders follow robust recruitment procedures. This ensures that staff are suitable to work with children and clear about their roles. Prior to each club operating, staff complete various training packages. This helps them to familiarise themselves with policies and procedures as well as the aim of the week's holiday club. Staffing arrangements are well organised so that the more experienced staff can support those who have less experience. This ensures that the setting operates smoothly and children are provided with excellent levels of care. n Leaders and staff organise games and exercises to promote children's confidence and communication. For example, children listen attentively as their friends describe an adventure during the 'magic chair' activity. n Staff promote children's healthy lifestyles well. The superb facilities enable children to have a large space to be physically active. Staff encourage children
