Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 5 September 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider has improved the designated lead practitioner for safeguarding's knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures and safeguarding issues. There is an effective lead practitioner for safeguarding in place who is available to provide support and advice to staff. Staff now fully understand their responsibilities and are clear about leadership roles. They implement arrangements for risk assessments appropriately to help keep children safe. Ofsted has been notified of required information about the new director so that suitability checks can be completed.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
