Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
The report and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection we served a welfare requirements notice on 8 August 2022. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 August 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found the provider had taken appropriate action to minimise the risks when children eat. The provider has put in place a new policy that advises staff that children must sit when eating. Staff supervise children closely when they eat. They remind children to remain seated on rare occasions they try to walk away from the table. The new policy also prevents children from eating food from unclean surfaces. Children now sit and eat at table that is cleaned by staff prior to them eating. Staff serve food to prevent children touching other children's food with fingers that have been in their mouth.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
