Children are very confident and know their surroundings well. They understand the difference between right and wrong. They are confident to tell the childminder what has happened. The childminder helps children very effectively to think about how to resolve conflicts and supports their negotiating skills. Children are self- assured. They ask questions, expressing themselves to support any existing anxieties, especially those that have developed due to COVID-19 and their lack of opportunities to socialise with peers.

She carefully introduces new play concepts to close the gaps in children's development, such as in their confidence, social skills, and expressing their needs. She uses information very well to share children's interests and how they learn to support their ongoing learning journey. n The childminder is extremely eager to continually develop her professionalism.
