Summary of outcome
Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills is leading Ofsted's work into how regulated early years and childcare providers in England have delivered child- centred practice and care within the context of the restrictions placed on society during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
p.1
Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 25 April 2022, we received information that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We found the provider had failed to inform Ofsted of a significant event, which may have meant that she was disqualified from working with children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 10 August 2022, we held a waiver interview with the provider and found further concerns. We found the provider had failed to inform Ofsted of further significant events, she had also failed to inform Ofsted of household members and as a result Ofsted were not able to carry out the required suitability checks on these people. It was also found the provider had left minded children alone with two of the household members who's suitability had not been checked. The provider had also been caring for children in an unregistered property.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider resigned their registration after the interview. The provider is no longer registered with Ofsted.
