Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 October 2021, we initially made contact with the provider to follow up information related to new assistants working with the children. To date the provider has failed to ensure her assistants have fully completed the necessary forms to enable Ofsted to check their suitability. On 15 July 2022, we conducted a regulatory telephone call to follow up this information. During that conversation we found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event, that is a further change to the adults working on the premises. This is a breach of the legal requirements. We do not intend to take any further action on this occasion. We will continue to monitor the provider to ensure that she does submit full details of those working with the children, to enable Ofsted to check their suitability.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider has now submitted the necessary information to enable Ofsted to complete the required checks on the adults working with children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider remains registered with Ofsted.
