minimised this. Although she has some fire fighting equipment in place, she has not got a fire blanket and/or an extinguisher to help manage a fire should this occur. n The childminder describes how she would work in partnership with parents and other professionals to ensure children's needs are fully met, for example, linking with speech and language professionals. n The childminder acknowledges the benefit of being reflective and keeping herself up to date with changes in the sector and completing relevant training to meet children's needs. However, she has not maintained a current paediatric first-aid qualification as required. She has completed first aid at work recently and therefore demonstrates how she can manage a medical emergency should this occur.

This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
