Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 17 August 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had improved arrangements for monitoring staff practice. She attends the club regularly and observes staff and together they reflect on their strengths and areas for improvement. Staff now gain written consent from parents daily for administering medication to their children. They keep records of medication administered and share this with parents. Staff now supervise children closely and they are together in small groups, according to their ages. Medication is stored securely and out of children's reach. The provider ensures all staff have up to date disclosure and barring service checks and gains references from past employers, to check staff's suitability to work with children. Staff get to know the children well, what they enjoy doing and their characters. They also
