The provision is outstanding
Children build exceptionally strong bonds with the childminder and her assistants. They thrive under the childminder's precise planning for their play experiences. Children's behaviour is impressive for their age and stage. They are kind, caring and become immersed in play together. Children display a real motivation and excitement in their play and in the new skills they are developing for their future learning. They are encouraged to be very independent from a very young age. For example, they cut up their own snack and dress themselves for outside play. Children show a commendable sense of belonging and confidence in their own abilities. The childminder lovingly displays their art creations, which helps them to continue to build high levels of self-esteem and pride in their achievements.
