of learning. She does not have a robust understanding of how to plan learning activities for young children. n The childminder does not have a reflective approach to her provision. She is not able to assess the strengths and areas for development of her practice. This prevents her from accessing relevant training, which would improve the quality of care and education. This lack of oversight has also led to several breaches to the statutory requirements. n The childminder has an awareness of what children need to eat as part of a healthy diet. She can describe how she would support children's physical and emotional health. For example, by offering a balanced diet and by ensuring children's well-being is promoted and monitored. This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
