Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 15 June 2022, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 21 July 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions and learning and development actions, raised at their last inspection.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We found that the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised in a welfare requirement notice. The provider completes appropriate risk assessments to minimise any hazards to children. She is now clear on the signs that may raise concerns about children's welfare and who to contact. The provider promotes children's health through regular handwashing and providing healthy food and drinks. She provides appropriate sleeping arrangements for children. The provider has completed a training course, which has improved her knowledge of the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. The provider shares regular information with parents regarding children's care, such as what they have eaten each day. She provides updates for parents on their children's learning and development to help them work together to help children progress.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider is making progress towards meeting the learning and development actions. She has improved her interactions with children to support their communication and language development. The provider considers children's interests and stage of development when planning learning opportunities. However, the provider's assistants do not always follow children's interests and their interactions are sometimes limited. The next visit will be a full inspection.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
