All early year's providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 18 March 2022, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements.

On 22 July 2022, during a discussion with the provider, we found the provider had failed to notify Ofsted, of a significant event within the required timeframe, which is a requirement of their registration.

The provider has since demonstrated that they are aware of what information needs to be notified to Ofsted. We are satisfied that the provider will inform Ofsted of any notifiable changes in the future.
