Summary of outcome
We reviewed the provider's response and found that they had ensured all staff have a clear knowledge and understanding of their roles and responsibilities and follow all nursery's policies and procedure and keep accurate daily record of the names of the children being cared for on the premises. The provider had also took steps to ensure there is always a named deputy present in the setting in the absence of the manager and that they follow nursery's own complaints policies and procedures and ensure all required records are easily accessible and available on Ofsted's request. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
