The induction programme ensures that staff are well prepared for their roles. n The managers and staff team recognise the importance of working with parents and other settings that children attend, to provide continuity in their care and learning. They ensure that staff and parents are provided with detailed policies and procedures to enable them to be fully aware of how the setting operates. n Managers and the staff have succeeded in creating an exciting environment, which is safe for the children but does not restrict their adventurous nature. For example, children can freely access climbing frames, slides and footballs. In

p.2

This provision meets requirements

There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
