Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 25 May 2021, the provider notified us of a significant event. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant changes or events. On 8 June 2021 we carried out a regulatory telephone call and on 28 June we carried out a regulatory visit. Although not related to the notification, we found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
Although not related to the original notification, the provider notified us of a further significant event on 13 May 2022, relating to the confidentiality of children's details. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant changes or events.

Summary of outcome
On 27 June 2022 we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider had not met some of the requirements but had taken action to put this right. The provider has improved information handling to ensure that any details relating to children are only passed to appropriate individuals. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
