Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 13 June 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.

Summary of outcome
We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare requirements, but not others. The provider had taken steps to improve hygiene procedures and obtained the children's details. She has completed some Makaton training to help support children's communication and language skills. However, there were several actions that were not met. This includes the suitability of the premises, risk assessments and the providers knowledge of child protection. The provider had taken some steps to update the policies and procedures, including safeguarding and the complaints procedure.

Following our visit, the provider took the decision to resign her registration, which Ofsted accepted.
