Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 10 May 2022, the provider notified us that a child left the premises unsupervised. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event that impacts the suitability of the provider.

On 12 May 2022, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The report and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. Actions needed by 26 May 2022:

Summary of outcome
On 27 May 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider had taken sufficient action to meet the requirements. The provider added gates to make the premises more secure. Staff have a clearer understanding of the risk assessments and now deploy themselves in areas to supervise children better. The provider has revised their policy in relation to managing children's behaviour and has trained staff in this. The provider is working with advisors to improve the quality of teaching and is giving feedback to staff more regularly.
