Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 4 March 2022, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We were informed that the provider had closed the nursery at very short notice.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider failed to notify Ofsted of this change in opening hours, which is an offence. The provider has failed to keep us updated with his intentions. As a result, we are taking steps to cancel the provider's registration as he has no premises to operate from. The provider has a right to object to our intention to take the step.
