We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. Steps have been taken to ensure the safety and suitability of the premises. Additionally, hazards identified on inspection have been rectified satisfactorily. The provider has implemented training for all staff and the management team to secure their understanding of safeguarding procedures and behaviour management strategies. However, the arrangements for changing children's nappies were still not satisfactory.
