Summary of outcome
On 31 March 2022, we carried out an inspection the overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate with enforcement. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions set out in the inspection report. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 May 2022, we carried out an unannounced regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had revised her record keeping arrangements. She now maintains an accurate record of accidents or injuries and first-aid treatment, informing parents of any accident or injury sustained on the same day. She had also developed systems to ensure that assistants and any other person who may have regular contact with children are suitable. She has improved the security of the premises.

Summary of outcome
However, we found that the provider had not met the other actions in the welfare requirements notice. She did not ensure that all children, were accounted for on the daily record of attendance and risk assessment continued to be ineffective.
p.1
