some of the foundations children need for life in modern Britain. She is able to talk about some of the skills she will teach children in preparation for school. n The childminder demonstrates an understanding of how she will teach children about healthy practices. She discusses some of the benefits of outdoor play and how she intends to provide this. n The childminder is able to explain how she will promote partnership with parents. This includes her settling-in process and how she will share progress information with parents. However, without a thorough understanding of the learning and development requirements, it is unclear whether information shared will support parents in extending their children's learning.
p.2
This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
