The arrangements in place for some children moving into the home vary. Information gathering is at times hindered both internally and by the local authority. However, the registered manager has been creative and proactive in managing this when it has happened by successfully implementing planning to ensure that the needs of the children are met.

Learning from this has been fully embedded back into practice. Therefore, staff are confident and informed moving forward.
