Outcome summary
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Outcome summary
On 22 January 2022, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be not met. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.

Outcome summary
On 07 March 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. During the visit we found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions, but not others. Since the inspection the provider has ensured staff have a secure knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures, through training, to keep children safe. Additionally, the provider has implemented robust recruitment procedures with the support of the local authority advisor. This ensures those working with children are suitable to do so. Furthermore, the provider has trained staff to ensure they consistently implement the settings behaviour management policy. Finally, the provider has improved her understanding of the notifications that must be made to Ofsted.
p.1
Outcome summary
During the visit we identified some additional concerns in addition to the unmet actions. We have served another welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

On 13 May 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at the last monitoring visit. Also, to assess whether threshold for suspension continued to be met. During the visit, we found the provider had made progress to address some of the actions set. The actions relating to safeguarding, outings and unvetted staff have been met. The other actions will remain open. These will be assessed at the time of re-inspection.
