Summary of outcome
All providers registered on the voluntary part of the childcare register must meet the statutory requirements set out in regulations. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 7 July 2021, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We suspended the provider's registration because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for Ofsted to take action in relation to concerns or for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so. The provider appealed the decision to suspend the registration. The suspension remained in place while the Health, Education and Social Care First-tier Tribunal heard the appeal. The appeal was not upheld by the Tribunal. The suspension of the provider's registration remained in place.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider was no longer suitable to be registered so took steps to cancel the registration. The provider did not appeal against this decision. Their registration is therefore cancelled.
