Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We initially completed an unannounced visit where we found the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event. This is a breach of the legal requirements. We do not intend to take any further action on this occasion as we have completed our enquiries and the provider has shown she now understands what she must notify Ofsted of.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider remains registered with Ofsted.
