Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 14 February 2022, the provider received an inspection which judged them to be inadequate. Several actions were raised in a welfare requirement notice. You can view the report for the details of the actions the provider had to meet on our website. A welfare requirements notice is a legal notice that requires the provider to meet the actions within the timescales set out. It is an offence if they fail to comply.

Summary of outcome
We carried out a monitoring visit on 28 February 2022. We found that the provider has taken steps to make the outdoor area safe. Planters and shelving units are now secure. The manager has undertaken additional safeguarding training and is now aware of the procedures to follow to report any concerns, including if an allegation is made against a member of staff. The manager has taken steps to provide additional support to children where there are emerging concerns.

Summary of outcome
We are satisfied with the action taken by the provider to meet these actions. The next step is a further full inspection.
