She does not know how to correctly respond if an allegation is made against her or a household member. The childminder is unaware of the 'Prevent' duty guidance and her related responsibilities. She is unclear about the roles of relevant agencies. n The childminder does not explain sufficiently well how she will plan and implement activities to help children make progress in their learning. The childminder does not demonstrate that she is able to address persistent gaps in children's learning if they arise. Despite this, the childminder recognises the importance of working closely with parents and other professionals. n The childminder understands the importance of providing children with fresh air and exercise, daily. This provision does not meet requirements

There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
