This provision does not meet requirements
n The childminder has not taken suitable action to address all weaknesses since the last inspection. Therefore, she does not demonstrate that she has the capacity to improve her provision and meet the requirements of registration. This compromises children's safety in the setting. The childminder does not ensure all documentation is maintained securely and is readily available for inspection. n The childminder cannot show evidence that she seeks and records permission to administer children's medication. She is unable to demonstrate how she keeps records of the required information about children, such as their dates of birth and parents' full names and address. This could put children at risk in the case of an emergency. The childminder cannot provide evidence of an accurate attendance register. This means she cannot confirm the children present each day. n Since the last inspection, the childminder has completed safeguarding training.

This provision does not meet requirements
However, she does not have a robust understanding of recruitment and vetting procedures for her assistant. For example, the childminder does not seek information, such as up-to-date references and gaps in employment. This has a negative impact on children's safety. n The childminder does not ensure her assistant has a secure knowledge of safeguarding procedures. She does not provide effective induction training. For example, she does not ensure her assistant has a secure knowledge of wider aspects of safeguarding, particularly in relation to female genital mutilation. This means that her assistant may not recognise children who are at risk or have been victims of abuse. This does not safeguard children. n The childminder has a suitable understanding of how to support children's learning. She knows how to plan activities that interest and engage them. n The childminder discusses how she supports children's positive behaviour. She

p.2
This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
