Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 4 March 2022, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The report and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection, we served welfare requirements notice on 10 March 2022. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome

On 24 March 2022, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. The focus of the call was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their inspection. During the call, we also found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a change of manager, which is a requirement of their registration. We found that the provider had taken appropriate steps to make improvements. The provider had put in place a new senor leadership team (SLT) structure, with clear lines of accountability. Monitoring systems for helping staff improve their effectiveness had been replenished. Hygiene and risk assessments procedures have been re-defined with staff, with intensive support being offered by the SLT. The provider has developed links with other settings children attend and ensured that parents are integral to this process, to provide continuity in children's care and learning. The provider acknowledges this is work in progress and will require time to for
